Image in the center of the face of each card is framed in a black outlined rectangle. Z: Is the King of Diamonds and shows "Barack Obama, Of the people, by the people, and for the people" standing in front of an American flag. He's dress in casual clothing, wearing a sweater with "H" on it for Harvard, and he holds some books in his right arm.

There is a complete set of playing card (52) along with two Jokers. Barack Obama is a graduate of Columbia University and the Harvard Law School where he served as President of the "Harvard Law Review."
