Oil painting on canvas depicts a landscape using loose impressionistic brushstrokes. The lower half of the composition contains short grasses in tones of brown highlighted with tones of blue and green. A large bush appears at center right and a smaller bush appears at center left just in front of a strip of light-colored ground at the horizon line. The top half of the composition contains a clear blue sky.
