Toaster by General Electric Company, "Toastmaster" model, made of metal with stainless steel finish, with two top loading compartments for bread; the handles are made of bakelite and the electrical cord is covered in green and brown fabric. The plug is brown plastic. On one of the handles there is a round dial to set the toasting time and a metal strip the model name. A vinyl plastic cover for this toaster was accessioned with the number 2008.57.2
