Autochrome (color glass plate positive) of Weltevreden, a residence at 1755 Le Roy Avenue, Berkeley, CA. Plate contains an image of a brick house with paned windows. The house has a gable roof with a stepped top along the front and back exterior wall. A brick staircase leads up to a porch at center left and a lower floor is accessible above ground through a doorway below this staircase. The open air porch is supported by four round columns with a trellis roof. Trees flank the house at right and left and vines grow on the brick exterior of the house. Parallel brick walls appear along the lower side of the image.
