Text written in blue ballpoint pen with cursive script on pre-printed lines reads, "Nov 9-1907 / Herbert Mackie / in his Pope-Hartford," and in graphite, "+ mexico / oscan." Two smaller empty paper sleeves stored inside with film negatives. The first is labeled in ink with cursive script, "Herbert Mackies Auto / Nov 9 1907 / Off for Stanford." The second is labeled in graphite with cursive script, "Zacaï¾€ [crossed out] / Zacaleas / + / guadalupe / mex. / 1908."
