The automobile has an open top and the outside is decorated with ribbons and two pennant style flags attached to poles at the front of the vehicle. Additional pennant flags are attached to the front grille and the across spare tire on the right side of the car. The car appears to be stopped on a residential street near a brick wall. Trees and vegetation are visible on the other side of the wall and a brick building is just visible in the composition at upper right.
