2008.6.1.80 and .81 found in an acidic paper sleeve labeled in ink with cursive script, "Yosemite - Jan 1909 / with snow / Artura Iris E. - 30 sec. sec on 5/7."





Black and white film negative includes an image of a snow covered landscape in Yosemite Valley. Snow capped rocks appear from bottom center to center right in the foreground of the composition. Multiple snow covered branches appear in a horizontal area in the upper half of the image, and pine trees are visible in the background along the upper margin.
