The caption that ran with the picture has been pasted to the back of the article: "Gloria La Rive of 'All Peoples' Congress in San Francisco was among about two dozen people who gathered for an hourlong rally yesterday outside the Viacom cable television offices in Dublin to protest the possible broadcast of a Ku Klux Klan program on the local cable station. Viacom has received a request from a Dublin resident, who claims to be a Klan member, to air a series of programs produced by the racist organization. Viacom allowed the group to gather on its front lawn, but an official said the rally was 'premature.' Story Page A-11." Image depicts Ravia speaking to the members of the congress, some of whom are holding signs.
