A piece of paper has been taped to the back of the image with a description: "Photo #3 Like a giant beach ball, the huge nuclear containment sphere forms a distinctive centerpiece for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in this aerial view. Bechtel Corporation, headquartered in San Francisco, was responsible for engineering and construction of the plant. Behind the sphere is a reservoir to hold fresh water which will be converted from seawater to supply the plant's own needs." Image is a wide shot of the San Onofre nuclear generating station, the ocean to it's left.
