It says: "Royal" in silver letters in the front, over red, and 'Quiet Deluxe" on the carriage. It is a manual typewriter. B: the case is made of molded plastic with metal trim aound the opening. It has a black plastic handle annd it lockable. The outside is a texturized plastic to make it look like a tweed, dark brown over lighter brown. It has a metal lock. C: small flat key, stamped "Royal."
