Front side of card shows a cartoon of an olive-skinned woman wearing a red alter top and jeans, holding her long brown hair. Next to her are the words "RUBY / CALIFORNIA" At the top are the price, "$5" and the words "local access." At the bottom are a corporate logo and the words "Quality Calls From iBasis." The reverse lists telephone numbers used to place calls to Mexico from a variety of locations in Northern California, and instructions written in Spanish. A scratch-off area, which has been scratched off, exposes the PIN (personal identification number) used to place the phone call. An expiration of "25-Jul-2011" is given. The top edge of the card shows perforations where the card was torn off of the hanger on which it was sold. Used by Martha Guadalupe, an employee of the Oakland Museum of California's restaurant, to make phone calls to her family in Mexico.
