Front side of card shows the words "ヘAy Chihuahua!" and "MEXICO," with a smiling chihuahua dog holding a telephone above these words. The upper left and righthand corners show a corporate insignia and a price of "$5" respectively. All of this is superimposed over a Mexican flag. The reverse lists telephone numbers used to place calls to Mexico from a variety of locations in Northern California, and instructions written in English. A scratch-off area, which has been scratched off, exposes the PIN (personal identification number) used to place the phone call. A bar code is also present. The top edge of the card shows perforations where the card was torn off of the hanger on which it was sold. Used by Martha Guadalupe, an employee of the Oakland Museum of California's restaurant, to make phone calls to her family in Mexico.
