Front side of card shows an image of an ancient scroll, unfurling to read the word "SECRETO" ("secret"), ""TOLL-FREE ACCESS," and "TARJETA TELEFONICA PREPAGADA" ("PREPAID TELEPHONE CARD"). In the upper righthand corner is the price, "$3," and in the lower lefthand corner is the insignia for the company Octagon Networks, Inc. The reverse gives in structions in English and Spanish for using the card to make phone calls. A scratch-off area, which has been scratched off, exposes the PIN (personal identification number) used to place the phone call. A bar code is also present. The top edge of the card shows perforations where the card was torn off of the hanger on which it was sold. Used by Martha Guadalupe, an employee of the Oakland Museum of California's restaurant, to make phone calls to her family in Mexico.
