Button was obtained at the Monterey County Republican Party Headquarters in Salinas. Appears to have been assembled by hand, perhaps with a button-making kit. The printed part on the face appears to have been printed on a laser printer (as evidenced by pixellation of the image). The upper two thirds shows John McCain and Sarah Palin side-by-side from the shoulder up. The lower third shows a logo saying "McCAIN" and "PALIN."
