This is a black and white photograph of a man in three-quarter profile wearing a dark jacket with a flower behind his right ear. The man holds up both arms with his hands framing his face in two "ok" symbols. The flower behind his ear is framed by the circle made with his right thumb and pointer finger.

Micaëla Gallery printout:"COUNTRY JOE DOING DR. LEARY / Berkeley 1967 / I went to Country Joe's pad in Berkeley to shoot a promo photograph for a client (I do not remember who). At one point in the session he did the Leary 'look' and said those famous words, 'Turn on, tune in, drop out.' I moved my camera to get the flower inside his fingers."
