This is a black and white photograph of a peace rally. A decorated peace sign on a pole appears in the foreground at left, and streamers attached to the pole blow horizontally in the wind across a backdrop of a mass of people.

Micaëla Gallery printout:"PEACE RALLY, KEZAR STADIUM / San Francisco 1967 / There were over 67,000 people protesting the Vietnam war. They all ended up at Kezar after the march (Spring Mobilization) to hear speakers, songs, etc. I was looking for a way to symbolize the crowd with the message. I saw the peace symbol with streamers and the crowd combination. The shot made up itself."
