This is a low bowl made of turned maple and padouk. The majority of the bowl is made with cream colored wood and sits on a short footed base. A band of dark wood is inlaid around the outer lip. The interior of the bowl contains four rings of oval shaped pieces of wood that resemble petals. The pieces are adhered to the bottom of the bowl and slant inward parallel to the sides of the bowl.
