June Knight (1913-1987) was a starlet of the 1930s, who appeared in a dozen or so movies such as "Madame Satan" and "Gift of Gab." The Internet Movie Database (IMDB) says, "A vivacious blonde from Los Angeles, California, June Knight made a name for herself on Broadway in "Hot Cha!", in which she co-starred with 'Lupe Valez', Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, Bert Lahr and Eleanor Powell. When transferring into movies, the roles she was in proved forgettable to audiences. Even though she never made a single movie throughout 1941-49, Knight's head shot was still appear in casting directories through the decade."
