Artifact contains two elements. The first is an informational signboard, printed on foamcore, describing the background of the Minutemen. The first section reads: "The Minuteman Movement arose out of public frustration with Federal Government dereliction of duty and as an exercise of the people's constitutional right to assemble and petition the government." At the bottom, the donor has adhered a brown-covered booklet containing the text of the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence, and labeled it: "Above is the pocket sized U.S. Constitution owned by Tony Dolz, a founding member of the Minutemen, which he carried in his back pocket on April 1, 2005 and to this day."

Used: Minuteman Civil Defense Corps | Tony Dolz | California/Mexico border
