In the bottom right corner is a union label for International Workers of the World I.U. 450, Glad Day Press. Along the bottom center is "The calligraphy on this poster is by Veronica Chapman, and the photo is of Chief Curlyhead, a Blackfoot. This poster is one of a series published by Akwesasne Notes, available printed on heavy colored poster paper, 17x22, at 3 for $1 or 50 cents each for a cardboard mailing tube and handling for each order.
Poster consists of red-brown print with a green border on white paper. Full page image depicts an elderly man, Chief Curlyhead, a Blackfoot, wearing a feathered and fur headdress, multiple beaded necklaces, and beaded leather clothing. Text on the left side reads "Our Land is more valuable than your money / It will last forever / As long as the Sun Shines / and the Waters Flow. / this land will be here to give life to men and animals. / Therefore, We Cannot Sell This Land."
