Poster is printed on tractor-feed computer paper. In the middle is a blue peace symbol with a fist holding it up at the top edge. The poster reads in blue lettering, "April 6 Hancock & Brown for city council." Verso is computer printout.

This was the beginning of the "April Coalition" which ushered in a New Left force in the Berkeley electoral sphere. The graphic was derived from one issued in 1970 during student opposition to the war and Kent state. The location of issue for this poster was in Berkeley, CA.
