"Credit: Reuters/Peter Andrews" printed under the image of Nelson Mandela. A union label for Allied Printing #53 in Cleveland, Ohio is printed just left of bottom center in the white rectangle.

Multi-color poster on white paper has an unprinted outer border and a secondary single line black border that frames an overall purple background. "Former South African / President Nelson Mandela / On Israeli Apartheid:" is printed at top and continues at upper right, "'The UN took a strong stand against apartheid; and over the years, an international consensus was built, which helped to bring an end to this iniquitous system. But we know too well that our freedom is incomplete without the freedom of the Palestinians.'/ Pretoria, December 4, 1997." A color portrait photograph of Mandela appears at upper left. "Apartheid:" is printed in large red text at center and continues in black text below, "Wrong for South Africans, / Wrong for Palestinians / End Israeli Apartheid!" Small text just below reads, "'Apartheid is a crime against humanity' (Article I, International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of 'Apartheid')." A white rectangle across the bottom of the page contains a logo at left with barbed wire and a wheat stalk for "End the Occupation / US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation." Small text along the bottom of the area lists contact information for the organization.
