Poster shoes a fisherman holding a fishing rod with a fish at the end trailed by a dog. Text moves down the left side of the poster and gives the details for the screening, presented by the Asian American Theatre Company, of A Song For A Nisei Fisherman, written by Philip Kan Gotanda and directed by David Henry Hwang, at the Marina Theater at Fort Mason. The aforemention is all in a black text box imposed over a series of documents in Asian text. The shape of a hand is cut out of the black text box, exposing the papers below. Small text that run across the top of the poster reads "page 1 Number 9958 Aichi --- Times Saturday, July 26, 1980".
