Poster printed with red and black ink on white paper. The page has an overall red background that shows a confetti-like pattern of small black, white, and gray rectangles. The rectangles are denser at the top of the page and cluster into a circular shape near center. "5th Asian/Pacific / American Heritage Festival" is printed in large black font at top center.
