The image depicts a male soldier standing behind a woman who is tied up with something around her hands with "U.S. / State Dept." written on it. The man's had has "Indonesia" on it and the woman has "East / Timor" on her chest. The barrels and bayonets of two guns are pointed at the woman. One has text reading "U.S. Arms / Sales" and the other has "U.S. Financial / Aid". There is an artist's signature resembling "EMT / 1995" in the bottom right of the image. The paragraph below discusses the Indonesian Dictatorship and East Timor as well as US involvement. It calls for people to "Call the White House comment line" and ask the president to "ban all weapons sales to Indonesia including the recently announced sale of F-16's" and make other demands.
