Bottom margin has small, black text reading "- Not for sale - Please Post Publicly - Labor Donated by San Francisco Poster Brigade PO Box 31428, SF, CA 94131 Inkworks / Labor Donated".

This poster has a 1/3 inch white margin around the outer edge. Inside the margin is a narrow black frame around a black, brown, orange, and white illustration of 3 people, including a child, in the foreground. The person on the far left is much larger and all three wear printed shirts. There are also 4 smaller figures in the background at the center of the poster. Large, black text at the top of the page reads "Zimbabwean Refugees / in Mozambique Need / Medical / Supplies!" The background at the top of the page is orange and it fades to brown at the bottom. Smaller, black test along the right side explains the situation for the Zimbabwean refugees and then becomes larger for "Join Zimbabwe Medical Campaign / Bay Area Black Community / Task Force". There is a San Francisco address and "Goal $25,000 / By May 1st, 1978" at the bottom of the text to the right. "Jan. 1978" is printed in the bottom right corner of the illustration.
