Poster has a large central image of a cluster of tipis in black and white. Above the image is a red bar with gray text boxes within - one reading "- 10 years -" and the other "International Indian Treaty Council" in white text. At the top left and right corners of the poster within the red bar are identical black logos containing North and South America with a peace pipe horizontally through Central America. Beneath the image is a small, thin gray text box with a caption is black text: "Mobridge, South Dakota - 1974 M. Vignes".
