Poster has a stylized drawing of two hands breaking a rifle in half, with the barrel of the gun at left and the butt at right. The upper left corner of the poster has small piece of paper adhered with the text: "War Resisters League / 1046 N Sweetzer / Los Angeles California: / 90069 / WRL". The War Resisters League is the oldest secular pacifist organization in the United States, opposing war at home and abroad since 1923. According to Los Angeles WRL organizer Stan Kohls this particular poster was done by Dale Oderman about 1964, and Kohls used them at the WRL literature table at UCLA. [LMC]
