Poster has images and text drawn and printed in the form of a comic strip/cartoon. A vertical image at the left shows a man in sunglasses holding out a plate with a piece of pie on it in one hand and a fork in the other. The two images at the right take up the same amount of space together as the image at the left. The top right image shows a line of foreign dignitaries in robes white the bottom right image has black text reading "We Don't Want A Bigger Piece, We Want The Whole Thing". Printed on heavy paper.

Minkler spent years as a union member, leading him to create this poster about the rights of workers. He was inspired by a Bertolt Brecht poem about dissatisfied seamstresses.
