Poster has a central image of polychromatic hand prints surrounding seven colored drawings done by children. The text "Palcare is..." is enclosed in a white text box with green and yellow borders along with the words rainbows, play, fun, friends, flowers, and hugs, each in their own similarly structured text boxes throughout the image. Beneath the image on the blue background is yellow text reading "Palcare Union Family Scholarship" followed by "supporting quality childcare for working families / artwork by Palcare preschool artists" in yellow at the bottom of the poster. A polychromatic handprint is at the bottom right corner.
