This is an American Federation of Government Employees Certificate of Affiliation. The certificate has an outer orange and black decorative border. The name of the certificate appears at top with small blue stars and red lines. A red, white, and blue shield is visible at top center. Handwritten calligraphic signatures appear below. "San Francisco Lodge No. 51, San Francisco, Cal" in large black gothic calligraphy and an orange bird holding a banner labeled "Labor Omnia Vinom" appear at center. The document is dated January 5, 1933. A metallic gold embossed seal appears at lower left opposite signatures of the Executive Council.
