In the center are four circles in a half circle orientation with an African American male child at the bottom right corner of the poster, each circle has an image inside it depicting a police officer shaking hands with a Ku Klux Klan member, police pushing people into a room, parents crying at a casket, and an equal rights protest. In the center is a letter to the public from Bonnie & Joe Collins who lost their unborn baby after police brutality.
