Black text at the bottom of the page reads "African People''s Socialist Party: P.O. Box 11097, Louisville, Kentucky 40211" as well as "ANPO Solidarity Committee: 625 Post St. Box 523, San Francisco, Calif. 94109".

This is a beige poster with a thin black border around the outer edge. Inside the border is a black outlined illustration of a man and a woman in red patterned shirts. The man is standing in front of a green map of the United State and holds a spear in one hand. The woman is standing in front of a green map of Africa and holds a rifle on one hand. Red flames extend from their weapons and fill the top of the page. Large, black text against the flames reads "From Africa To Attica". Red text below the illustrations calls for "Solidarity With The / Africa Liberation Movement". There is a quote by "Chairman Joseph Walker, African People''s Socialist Party" below. A paragraph of black text explains the "African National Prison Organization", (ANPO).
