"Fireworks" printed vertically in white up the bottom left side of the poster.
Poster has a blue background printed on white paper. Background image is black and shows a man with a moustache with shackles on his raised hands smiling. Across the top is "Political Internment Is / Happening In the U.S.! / Stop The Grand Juries!" in white. Toward the center of the poster over the shoulder area of the figure are six strips of white paper with black text about Puerto Rican and Mexicano activists who were arrested for not testifying before the Grand Jury, dated April 8, 1983. At the bottom left of the poster is "Demonstrate / Friday, April 8" followed by two columns with information on the West L.A. demonstration at the left and the San Francisco demonstration at the right, all in white. Centered at the bottom of the poster is "Independence And Socialism For Puerto Rico!" followed by a list of sponsors in two lines, also in white.
