Poster consists of black and red text against a yellow and white background. In the center of the poster is a rural village with people carrying a woman to the back of a pickup truck for the long drive into the city. Around the center image are 5 images depicting pregnant women describing the danger signs of chilbirth it is representing; the bag of waters breaks early, pre-eclampsia, heavy bleeding, too long labor and infection.
