Poster has orange ink printed on yellow paper with a dashed line border at the top, left and right. At the top two corners are orange circles with lines/rays extending. A large circle formed by the body of a snake is positioned near the top of the poster. At the center of the circle is a yin yang symbol with shaded human figures circled around it with their arms outspread and feet in the direction of the symbol. Between the figures and the snake border is the text "Free University of New England - Growing Together". Below the circle is a small star with lines spreading downward in a triangle form. To the left and right are circles with images in them - a female symbol and a hand, a video recorder and a truck on a road on the left and a male symbol with fists, a graduation cap with a peace symbol and an igloo on the right. Verso of poster has additional text. At the top center is a circle defining the worde "Fune". Surrounding the circle are sections of text. At the bottom of verso, the text fills empty shapes like cars, money, a female symbol, a telephone and simple polygrams.
