Poster has an unprinted white border all around enclosing a black background. At the top of the poster is "Expose Yourself / ...To" in yellow and "Safety" in red. Centered on the poster is a stylized color image of figures in occupational clothing doing the can can on a spotlit stage while rolling up their sleeves. At the bottom of the poster is a warning about Hepatitis B in white and a note to get the vaccine in yellow.
