Poster has blue and red ink printed on white paper. At the top of the poster is a fence border that becomes slashes on the side and a fence at the bottom with marijuana plants laced through it. In a banner at the top is "On November 7th 1972" followed by an arched "Decriminalize / Marijuana" with pot plants on both sides and a California Marijuana Initiative logo below. At the center of the poster is a stylized image of Uncle Sam in jail with barbed wire on the roof and a "Vote Yes on 19" marijuana leaf poster pasted on the outside. At the bottom of the poster is "Vote" and "Yes on 19".
