Poster has a red printed background. At the center is a black and white image of three women holding signs reading "Union Conditions Means Human Conditions," "we shall fight until we win" and "you can''t get better conditions unless you fight for them". The women are standing on a black road that extends to the bottom of the poster and are outlines in orange. Across the top of the poster is "Chicago Women''s / Labor History" in white.
