Poster has a stylized drawing or montage that incorporates a number of references to American culture and life into a cityscape with a large depiction of an Abu Ghraib torture victim standing on a building in front of the World Trade Center towers as smoke erupts from the tower at right. Many of the buildings in the cityscape have signs that bear the names of American businesses and politicians. In the sky to the right of the towers is a B2 bomber with the text: "Exxon" on its wing, and a large dollar sign. The bottom edge of the drawing has the text: "Liberators".
