Poster has a black and white photograph of dead children piled in a ditch. Above the image is "Q. And babies?" Below the image is "A. And babies." Verso has magazine text with the date of January 24, 1970 along the bottom margin. This is a mass black-and-white edition of the famous My Lai Massacre color poster elsewhere in this collection. The photograph of the was taken by U.S. combat photographer Ronald L. Haeberle in March 1968 but not released until late 1969. The title is drawn from a 1969 interview of Private Paul Meadlo by CBS journalist Mike Wallace: Q. And you killed how many? At that time? A. Well, I fired them automatic, so you can?t- You just spray the area on them and so you can?t know how many you killed ?cause they were going fast. So I might have killed ten or fifteen of them. Q.
