Left edge has "Indochina Information Project photo by M. Jury" printed in black.

Poster has a very light grey photograph as the background with dark black text over it. The photo depicts a restaurant with "Big-Boy Burgers" above the door. In the window is a sign for "Newly Open Stateside Burgers." In front of the doors is a man crawling on his knees with deformed legs. Over the image is "I see this war as a race between, on the one hand, the development of a viable south Vietnam and, on the other, a gradual loss in public support, or even tolerance, for the war...we must work on both problems together: slow the loss in public support; and speed the development of south Vietnam. Our horse must cross the finish first." Memoradum for Secretary of Defense from Alain Enthoven, Assistant Secretary of Defense. The Pentagon Papers, Vol. 4, page 463-4." The Indochina Information Project was a Southern California antiwar resource led by veteran activist Tom Hayden ~ 1970-1973, which was eventually succeeded by the Indochina Peace Campaign which lasted until the end of the war in 1975.
