Left edge of cigarette box in drawing has: "D. Minkler 1991". Bottom edge center of poster has an Allied Printing union label with: "Inkworks - 147" and a small recycled symbol.

Poster has a highly stylized and colorful drawing of a pack of cigarettes. The packaging of the cigarettes resembles the popular Marlboro brand with a red top overlaid with text in white: "Barfboro / Chunks", the bottom of the cigarette pack has an drawing of a cowboy vomiting into a toilet with a hat, some cigarettes and an a rope strewn about the ground, the bottom edge of the cigarette pack has text in red: "Come to where the flavor is". The right side of the cigarette pack is also visible it has a red top with text in white: "Unfiltered, and below, the text: "Low / Odor" with a drawing of cowboy boots. There are several cigarettes partially removed from the left side of the pack. The pack of cigarettes is in a toilet bowl with the raised seat visible behind.
