Poster is printed on yellow paper with black text and images. The poster is divided into 18 squares. Each square has either a photograph, poem, song or facts about Vietnamese women during the war. The upper left corner shows an image a young girl holding a baby girl with "Vietnamese women: from a slave's slave to a revolutionary" printed next to it. The lower left shows a young woman wearing two guns on each shoulder. The center square has a drawing of several women working. The lower right corner has a photograph of two young women, one looking through binoculars the other holding a gun.
