Bottom left corner has "(c) Specialty Import 201 So. Cooper-Memphis, Tenn. 901-272-2300." Bottom right corner has "Guiniven."

Poster has a black background with white text and image. On the left is a man with a long beard and glasses facing a soldier in a helmet. The soldier is poking the end of a bayonet at the man. Above reads, "In March 1770, A Military unit took offence at being called names and pelted with rocks and fired into a group of unarmed civilians. They called it the Boston Massacre. Then they started a revolution." This poster subtly and wryly positions the student killings at Kent State with the historical consequences of similar events during the U.S. revolutionary war. [LMC]
