Poster has a yellow printed background with a stylized gray bird flying at the center. The post has two columns/four rows of multicolor illustrations, numbered in pink to the left of each box, showing the story of a bird who built a nest above a billboard advertisement for cigarettes and was so influenced by the ad that he began smoking, losing all of his feathers. One day, he hears his long lost sister singing, inspiring him to quit smoking, with her help. The storyline is printed in Spanish and English in black and red below each frame. At the top is "El Cuento Sin Nombre The Story With No Title" in red. At the bottom is text about the dangers of smoking.
