Poster has white unprinted edges enclosing a green, blue and yellow chart. At the top of the poster is "Chemical Cuisine" in black with a stylized image of a man holding a beaker filled with outlawed additives and a box of Processo peeking over the text. Below the text is a color guide - blue is avoid, yellow is caustion, and green is safe. The chart color codes additives according to this guide. Down the center is information on food additives, good nutrition, and cancer testing, with a glossary.
