Refers to the 1847 Irish potato famine. Poster has a black and white image in the center of a raised fist wearing a broken metal cuff with two chains attached. Under the fist is "black" printed in large letters with "'47" in red in the C. Over the "a" is a small cartoon drawing of men in a cart being pulled by a horse. The bottom right corner has a white paper attached with a cartoon on it. The cartoon depicts two men, one holding a bomb the other holding a machine gun. Below the men is "Which one is the real Irish Republican Terrorist?..."
