The poster is printed in brown and gray on yellow paper. The bottom two inches of the poster are separated from the rest of the poster by a line of perforation, and consist of a ticket order form. The poster itself has a stylized drawing overall. The poster depicts a faire with several vendor booths and a stage in the background. In the foreground of the image there are various figures in renaissance garb, some playing instruments some dancing. The top left corner of the drawing has a shield or crest with an image of a glove, the top right corner has a shield with an image of a chalice and a ram. There is a banner drawn between the two shields with text: "Harvest Pageant & Revel". Below this the top of the poster has the text: "The / Third Annual / Renaissance / Pleasure / faire & / Ha'Penny market".
