The text at the top reads, " I am going to the state unemplyment office to pick up my check and then i'll pick up our food stamps then trip o to the univeristy and see what is holding up my check from the federal education grant. Meanwhile you go to the free VD clinic and check up on you tests, then truck on to the welfare dept. to try and increase our allowance again. Then go pick up my glasses from the health centre. Later we'll meet at the federal building to join the mass demonstration against the stinking rotton establishment."
